Effective January 1st 2023 the hourly rate for service is $130. While this is a small increase from last year, it’s still the lowest hourly rate we are aware of from any Apple Premier Partner. We also offer a 30% discount on remote support service for customers who subscribe to our Watchdog Service making that offering an even better value.
Visionary Computer has been servicing the Mac needs of customers since 1994. Located in the Northwest Hills of Connecticut, we serve a wide geographic region from Litchfield County CT, Southern Berkshire County MA and Dutchess County NY. Our customer base varies from home users to small businesses customers and even includes several educational institutions. In addition to being an Apple Authorized Specialist, we are also an Apple Authorized Service Provider specializing in speedy and thorough repair services both in and out of warranty.
