The new Macintosh operating system, macOS 27 Golden Gate, will be released on Monday, September 14th. I’ve been running the beta version for several weeks now, and I have to say, I’m more encouraged and excited about this release than I have been about a new macOS in several years.

Our Half-Price Electronics Recycle Day has always been one of our most popular events—but fitting everything into a single day wasn't convenient for everyone.

That's why we're bringing back the savings for the entire month of August!

Dear Friends,

For nearly 35 years, Visionary Computer has had the privilege of serving our community. Many of you have trusted us with your Apple technology for decades, and some of you are now bringing in your children—and even grandchildren—for their first Macs. That kind of trust is something I never take for granted.

The Tune-Up Special is back for a limited time!

Macs, as we all know, are typically pretty low-maintenance, but any machine can use a Tune-Up now and again! Malware for Macs is lurking out there, and there are lots of little things (especially on older computers) that can be done to improve performance. Now is a great time for you to bring in your machine for upkeep at a steep discount!

After a long winter, this is the time of year we all start thinking about cleaning things up—clearing out closets, getting organized, and starting fresh. But there’s one area most people overlook: old electronics. Drawers full of outdated phones, closets with old computers, and hard drives that haven’t been touched in years—and every one of them still holds your sensitive private data.

Apple has always been a premium brand. Its products are category leaders offering best-in-class features and value. Yet for decades, Apple avoided the low-end computer market. Steve Jobs famously said Apple should be a “yardstick of quality,” not a maker of cheap, high-volume products.

Visionary Computer is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Operations Associate at Visionary Computer plays a key role in delivering that customer experience. As an Operations Associate, you will help create energy and excitement around Apple’s products and Visionary’s unique value-add. You help customers develop the right solutions for their needs and ultimately see the process through until customers are fully satisfied. You are kind and compassionate - understanding the stress client’s experience when they drop off their devices for upgrade or repair. With the support of the Visionary team, you provide our customers with a sense of calm and the security of knowing that we will help them find the right solution to their technology needs.

August is the Visionary Half-Price Electronics Recycle Month!

In the past, we used to host a special “half-price” electronics recycle day, and those events were fantastic—some years, we collected hundreds of devices! But we know it was sometimes tricky to fit that one day into your busy schedule. So this year, we’re shaking things up. Instead of just one day, we’re offering you an entire month to recycle your electronics at half price! This way, you have plenty of time to join in whenever it’s convenient for you.
