Keyboard Service Program for MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro
Starting with the new MacBook in 2015, Apple launched a wholly new keyboard mechanism, which quickly became the standard on all their laptop models. Unfortunately, this keyboard mechanism’s first incarnation was a little less durable than expected. Many customers worldwide have reported issues such as keys repeating, not registering, or feeling “sticky” or unresponsive. Fortunately, if you have one of the affected models and are experiencing less-than-ideal functioning, we can replace the top case free of charge thanks to an Apple Quality Program. 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar) Solid-State Drive Service Program
Apple has discovered a problem with the Solid State Drive firmware in a limited number of non Touch Bar 13” MacBook Pros from 2017. This problem, if untreated, can cause sudden data loss. We can repair or replace the Solid State Drive for no cost thanks to this Quality Program. Failure to address this issue can result in drive failure and total data loss. You MUST have your data backed up (or authorize us to do a backup for you for $99), as the repair will wipe the drive. Don’t lose everything unexpectedly! Let us protect your data. This affects only a very small number of computers, but it’s a serious issue. Please click here to check your serial number and see if you may be affected by this issue. The program covers affected MacBook Pro models for 3 years after the first retail sale of the unit. 3 years goes by pretty fast so please, if you have an affected MacBook Pro non Touch Bar, bring it in as soon as you are able.
