For several years, we’ve offered low cost rental Macs to use while your Mac is being serviced. Effective January 1st 2023 we are upgrading our rental fleet offering M1 and M2 based options for the best performance, compatibility and security.

Sometime today, Monday October 24th, Apple will release the new Macintosh Operating System called macOS Ventura. For the past several years, we’ve seen Apple develop a pattern of minor followed by major new releases. It is my opinion that Ventura is neither minor nor major, rather it’s somewhere in the middle.

On Saturday October 22nd from 10am to 4pm we’re hosting a special “half-price” electronics recycle day! This coincides with the Community Shred-it Day being hosted by our our friends at Salisbury Bank & Trust right across the street in their Lakeville Branch parking lot.

The reason Visionary Computer exists in this part of the world is because of our community. I came here many years ago and realized just how special this part of the world really is. There are many things which make it so wonderful and access to quality health care is very high on that list. After all, if you don’t have your health, you don’t really have anything. Our beloved Sharon Hospital is in trouble and it needs your help and support.

Apple has been releasing lots of new hardware and software recently. In just the last few weeks there have been new Apple Watch models, new iPhones, a huge update to the popular AirPods Pro, and a new version of iOS 16. While we still don’t sell the iPhone, we do support and service it. The other items have all made their way here to Visionary Computer, most are in stock for immediate sale.

In this brave new world we live in, stock and supply status have become an important part of everyone’s lives. I’m happy to tell you that we’ve made significant strides in this area recently. For the first time in over a year (not kidding) we have all Apple Power Adapters in stock. We also have stock of all models of Laptops including the new M2 MacBook Air in all four colors. Studio Displays are available for immediate purchase and even iMacs have the shortest wait we’ve seen since release. Even 3rd party items like printers and accessories are in stock.
